The L85A2 UGL is a gas-operated, rotating-bolt, magazine-fed assault rifle. The L85A2 started as the SA80, which was designed in the 1970s to 1980s. The L85A2 was put into service in 2000 with the upgrades from Heckler & Koch. This comes with an underside grenade launcher (UGL)
